the spring is doing SO much work

i for sure didn’t expect to care this much about a mechanism but the blades just pop back open after every cut and my hand isn’t dead by the end of a whole chicken anymore 😮‍💨 small thing, HUUUGE difference

Best kitchen scissors 🙏raw chicken hands, wet counter, mid-recipe chaos, doesn’t matter, they legit do not slip 🙏 i like it that they’re sharp enough to trim herbs or cut paper without tearing but also tackle joints and stuff well. High quality blades 👌

Worth every penny for real

what surprised me most isn’t that it’s strong, it’s that it’s controlled. clean lines through joints and skin instead of jagged, torn edges. makes the whole prep look and feel more put together

scaling fish is now easy peasy

I used to dread this part every single time what with scales flying everywhere and skin getting torn up in the process……built in scraper handles it clean now, didn’t expect that to be my favorite feature but here we are lol
